Data Deletion
Incandgold Social Listening for Threads, operated by Incandgold Software Studio (熾金軟體工作室), stores only what is needed to operate the service for you: your Threads access token and basic profile. You can have this deleted at any time.
How to delete your data
- Open the Threads or Instagram app → Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites, and remove “Incandgold Social Listening for Threads”. Meta notifies us and we delete your stored data automatically.
- Or email [email protected] from the address associated with your request and we will delete your data and confirm.
Deletion removes the access token and profile we store. Posts on Threads itself are not affected — those are controlled by you in Threads.
