These terms govern your use of Incandgold Social Listening for Threads (“the App”), operated by Incandgold Software Studio (熾金軟體工作室). By logging in you agree to these terms.
The service
The App lets you connect your own Threads account to view your own profile and posts and to search public Threads content on your behalf, so you can monitor and manage your own brand presence on Threads. The App is provided to help you manage your own presence — not to scrape, redistribute, or resell Threads data.
Acceptable use
- Use the App only with a Threads account you own or are authorised to manage.
- Comply with Meta’s Threads API terms and Platform Policy and all applicable laws.
- Do not use the App to harass, surveil, or profile other individuals.
- Do not attempt to exceed or circumvent Threads API rate limits.
Availability & data
The App depends on the Threads API; results, availability, and rate limits are governed by Meta. The App is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by removing it from your Threads/Meta settings, which revokes our access and triggers deletion of your data. We may suspend access for violations of these terms or Meta’s policies.
